We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact and project-inquiry forms on this site. That typically includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Project details you share with us (book title, stage, budget, message)

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

Form submissions are sent to our managed backend and stored in a database that is configured to deny public reads. Only the studio, acting through authenticated server-side processes, can access submitted leads. Submissions are not exposed through any public page or API endpoint on this site.

Inputs are validated for length and basic format before they are accepted, to reduce spam and abuse.

When you submit a form, a notification is sent to the studio inbox so we can reply to you. We may reply directly from michellevisuals.p@gmail.com.

This site does not set marketing or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential cookies or local storage may be used by the underlying platform to keep the site working correctly.

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the website and store form submissions. Where any third-party links appear (for example, links to Amazon for featured books), clicking them takes you to that third party's website, which is governed by their own privacy practices.

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications. If you want your submitted details removed, email us and we will delete them from our records.

You can request a copy of the personal information you've sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

• Form data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• The leads database has row-level security enabled and no public read access.
• Server-side validation enforces input format and length limits.
• Administrative credentials are kept server-side and never shipped to the browser.
